RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We will only accept returns which are brand new and still in original packaging. Items which are supplied flat packed will only be accepted where assembly has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition, brand new and still in original packaging, the buyer is responsible for returning the item and all the charges required for shipping. Buyer can arrange courier company to return the item to our warehouse or return the order in person. If buyer requires us to arrange collection of the items that buyer want to return, buyer will be obliged to pay a fee to cover the delivery company charges for collecting the items.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, items returned outside of this time will not be considered for a refund.
If the buyer has spotted any damages or received not the product that has been originally ordered – buyer must write a note on the delivery invoice provided by delivery team or contact us while delivery team is still present.
